In order to provide an enjoyable experience for all owners and guests at The Seafarer, we have established guidelines to ensure the safety and comfort of those staying here. Please review our Rules and Regulations to enhance your stay with us. Owners who allow personal guests to use their units must submit a Guest Registration Form to the manager prior to the guests' arrival. Maintenance requests should be submitted electronically using the Maintenance Request Form. Please use the Owner/Guest Checkout Checklist to expedite checkout and unit cleanup for subsequent guests. A building diagram showing our Condo Unit Owners is also available.
Seafarer owners may allow unaccompanied guests the use of their units for a maximum of 28 days per year.
It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that his or her guests are made aware of all Seafarer Rules and Regulations. Owners may
be fined for failure of guests to abide by these rules.
Guests are not allowed to have pets on Seafarer property.
Departing guests should complete the Checkout Checklist with Dan Wagaman (manager) prior to their departure.
